On The Line

I'm not going to type out the whole movie, cause that will take me way too long. I'll just highlight the good parts.
We don't get to see very much naked Kevin. It just shows him for a minute, then he passes out. Classic.
Nobody likes Kevin. It's pretty sad. He tries to say hi to everyone at his work, and they're all so mean to him.
So, he sings some Al Green on the "L" and gets all embarassed, and Abbey shows up and tells him she enjoyed his performance, and Kevin blushes.
The get off the train, and Abbey throws a paper airplane, and it lands in some guy's fro. It was pretty funny.
So then it cuts to Rod jammin out, singing "Pour Some Sugar On Me," complete with sugar. He starts pouring it into his mouth and he chokes on it. Then he starts trippin. I don't know what the hell he's doing, but he's jumping all over the damn place, hitting stuff and headbanging. And he has some strange obsession with kicking the amp when he's done.
I get to see Rod in a bathrobe, which I like very much, because when he jumps on the couch, I can see quite a bit.
So later, Kevin realizes that he needs to stop being such a WIMP, so he does the whole ad thing, hanging up flyers everywhere. Turns out, he gets in the newspaper, and hundreds of girls start calling him.
So Rod and the other two guys start screening the girls, going out with them to help Kevin out. Rod gets to go out with Chyna, who kicks his ass. Then he gets a date with another girl, and fucks her up. The other two guys ask him what happened at breakfast. He was singing for her, and his obsession with kicking the amp comes up, and he kicks her, and breaks her nose and ankle.
Turns out, Eric had gone out with Abbey the night before, and she caught onto their plan, and gets all pissed at Kevin. A newspaper article runs on it, and everything gets all messed up.
Eric ends up telling Kevin that he went out with her, and Kevin kicks his ass.
So the guys decide they need to make it up to Kevin. So they go searching for her. They don't find her, but she does end up being on the train where they are.
Everyone keeps telling Kevin he needs to find her, so he puts "On the 'L' girl, I'm sorry. Meet me at our stop on Friday at 7:00. Love Kevin," all over every billboard in the city.
So that night, the guys are prepping Kevin up, and he leaves. Rod starts getting ready for his set, and his idol, "The Mick" shows up, with Rod's demo tape that Kevin had sent to him, and Rod freaks out. He jumps back on stage, and starts singing "Ready To Fall." Mmmmm. So that song plays when Kevin is waiting for Abbey. The news is there, and a whole bunch of people, and it's strangely like a scene out of Never Been Kissed.
7:15 rolls around. No Abbey. Everyone leaves. A paper airplane lands at Kevin's feet. He picks it up and it says Look Up. He looks up, and awwww, it's Abbey! He runs up there and they make out, and it's over.
During the credits, Justin and Chris are makeup and hair artists, and they're doing Lance, Joey and Emmanuelle's hair. It's the funniest part of the movie. They're gay. Justin has on a cowboy hat. It's great.
So, yeah, I really liked the movie. Lance's acting sucks, and some of the dubbing in the movie was so obvious. Like Kevin says, "What the heck is going on?!" and you can totally tell he's saying hell. And Rod says "We messed him over," and you can tell he said "fucked him over." But overall, I really liked it. I give it 4 stars out of 5.
