| This is one of my cars, well my dads atleast. It's a 1987 AMC Jeep Grand Wagoneer! It has a 360 V8 5.9 liter engine that puts out 140 hp with 290 ft-lbs torque! It sucks down gas soo G-D damn fast! It handles pretty good, as well as nice feel to the brakes. It is a good off roader, and it has locking rear diferantial, and positraction! It also has all solid axles, uncomfterbal ride thanks to the magnificant leaf springs front and back-what is this, 1910!...damn AMC! This is the Top of the line model @ c. $25,000 new had power windows, seats, flood lights, and tow package. It has been recently been reported to have brake failure, engine fires, peeling paint, stalling, and sudden acceleration. The CAS discovered a lethal Jeep defect, rear power windows that strangled at least 5 small children, and got a major safety recall of 1970-88 Wagoneers and 1974-83 Cherokees. A particularly expensive Jeep defect is peeling paint on 1985-93 models caused by exposure to sunlight. Chrysler covers up paint problems by buying off aggressive consumers under a secret warranty and ignoring consumers who don't complain loudly.
