This website is long in the tooth (like me), rather bare and I really must try to add to it daily, but I'm such a awful procrastinator.

My name is Jan. I'm English and live in Canada. I've included links to a site called 'Webshots' where I posted photos of myself, my family, my pets, views from my home and so on.
About my JOURNAL. I trashed it (for now)! I really don't have the time right now. Maybe later, but I have to get off my fat arse and whittle off some of this extra poundage I've put on since I stopped smoking.
My LINKS section is pathetic as ever, but what I have included is devoted to sites I either visit daily or every so often. I tend to find most people's links, whilst interesting to them, probably would bore the pants off everyone else. Work related links are not included. My husband and I own a Retirement Home for the Elderly, and most people that work in that industry, would tell you that it would be of no interest to anyone - boring would be an understatement. Most are for reference only.
