RESUMEN

El área de las telecomunicaciones no se escapa de los vertiginosos adelantos tecnológicos que se suceden a nivel mundial. En lo referente a las comunicaciones por redes; el desarrollo e implementación de las redes inalámbricas se inicia en 1979 ya para el año 1999, las redes WLAN motorizaron el desarrollo del mercado de los equipos portátiles para redes inalámbricas, estableciendo  el punto de partida que ha permitido el desarrollo de estas redes. México, Argentina y Chile son los países Latinos  que presentan los esfuerzos más destacados en la implementación de las redes inalámbricas.

 

En Venezuela, se han realizado grandes esfuerzos a nivel privado y del Estado para el desarrollo y aplicación de estas soluciones tecnológicas, como es el caso del Servicio de Red Inalámbrica de  la Universidad de Los Andes (RedULA) y el Ministerio del Poder Popular para las Telecomunicaciones y la Informática (MPPTI) a través del  Centro Nacional de Tecnología de Información (CNTI).

 

En el Estado Miranda, específicamente la Gobernación de este Estado  es el Ente encargado de dar soporte a las Instituciones adscritas, de allí que  la presente investigación está dirigida a diseñar e implementar de una Plataforma Tecnológica basada en tecnología de redes inalámbricas, que permita el acceso a los sistemas de información del Servicio Estadal de Protección Integral al Niño y al Adolescente del Estado Miranda (SEPINAMI) en sus nuevas instalaciones.

 

 En este trabajo de investigación aplicada o proyecto factible, se plantea proporcionar alternativas o propuestas en torno a la solución de la problemática planteada. Todo ello fundamentado en las investigaciones previas, estudios y teorías revisadas que apoyan la factibilidad de las aplicaciones para adaptarse a los diferentes entornos, turbulentos y cambiantes. Aunado a esto, las bondades como la versatilidad, movilidad y flexibilidad  de su aplicación en lugares donde antes era imposible pensar el instalar una red cableada y los bajos costos. Como valor agregado este proyecto, servirá de orientación y referencia para futuras investigaciones sobre el tema del proceso de  las comunicaciones corporativas.

SUMMARY

The area of the telecommunications doesn't escape from the vertiginous technological advances that are happened at world level. Regarding the communications for networks; the development and implementation of the wireless networks already begins in 1979 for the year 1999, the networks WLAN motorized the development of the market of the portable teams for wireless networks, the starting point that has allowed the development of these networks settling down. Mexico, Argentina and Chile are the Latin countries that present the most outstanding efforts in the implementation of the wireless networks.

In Venezuela, they have been carried out big efforts at private level and of the State for the development and application of these technological solutions, like it is the case of the Service of Wireless Net of the University of The Andes (RedULA) and the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Telecommunications and the Computer science (MPPTI) through the National Center of Technology of Information (CNTI).

In the State Miranda, specifically the Government of this State is the Entity in charge of giving support to the attributed Institutions, of there that the present investigation is directed to design and to implement of a Technological Platform based on technology of wireless nets that allows the access to the systems of information of the Service Estadal from Integral Protection to the Boy and the Adolescent of the State Miranda (SEPINAMI) in its new facilities.

In this work of applied investigation or feasible project, he/she thinks about to provide alternative or proposals around the solution of the outlined problem. Everything based it in the previous investigations, studies and revised theories that they support the feasibility of the applications to adapt to the different environments, turbulent and changing. Joined to this, the kindness like the versatility, mobility and flexibility of their application in places where before it was impossible to plan installing a wired net and the low costs. As added value this project, will serve as orientation and it indexes for future investigations on the topic of the process of the communications corporativas.
