The fact of the matter is there was an evil force amidst the dark regions of the world. Someone with incredible caffinated power was after our hero Getto Man. At the same time our heroine, Sailor Moon, was searching the bowels of space and time for the most insane that there is, the most evil of all freaks, the worst of worst fro-bearing vilans.
