Dad: Sounds like a plan.

Roger: Well good.

Narrator: So the bomb had been dropped.  Roger suddenly felt that his Christmas was not going to be all that jolly.  Unbeknownst to him, it was going to be the most trying and chaotic time of his entire life.

Roger: I need to call Sam.  She'll keep me calm while I drive.
(ringing)

Sam: Hello?

Roger: Hey babe.  It's me.

Sam: Of course it's you.  Who else would call me babe?

Roger: Hopefully no one.  After this evening though I wouldn't doubt my luck.

Sam: What's wrong.  Did your Dad make you have seconds again?

Roger: Well yes, but that's not it.  Mom and Dad invited my entire family over for Christmas.

Sam: Yeah so.  It sounds nice.

Roger: Let me rephrase that.  Mom and Dad invited my entire family over to my apartment for Christmas.

Sam: You're kidding.  Tell me you're kidding.

Roger: Not kidding.

Sam: Are you cooking for them?

Roger: I hope not.  I don't believe in genocide.  Especially not if it's my family.

Sam: Good point.  So I guess that little Christmas plan you and I made is cancelled?

Roger: Well no not exactly.  My family is coming two days before Christmas and leaving Christmas Eve.  I can still make to your place Christmas morning.

Sam: Good.  Because I got you a surprise.

Roger: Did you already get me a gift?
