When it's cold outside there's nothing like a warm treat to make
you feel cozy. Enjoy one of these this winter.

World's Cutest Hot Chocolate

This is not really a recipe, just a presentation idea.
My son and I had favorite restaurant in Santa Cruz, CA
that is closed now. The thing we liked best there was the
hot chocolate because it looked so appealing.

1. Make any hot chocolate that you like.
2. Pour it into a mug. Set the mug on a plate or
saucer with a paper doily in between.
3. Swirl a big mound of whip cream on the top.
4. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Let a few fall onto
the plate.
5. Enjoy!

Winter Gift Idea
Fill a jar with dry hot chocolate mix and a generous handful of tiny
marshmallows. Shake so the marshmallows get coated with the chocolate.
Attach a tag with a snowman picture and the label:
Chocolate Covered Snowballs

Hot Cider

½ gallon apple cider
½ gallon cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup sugar ( you can use less)
3 cinnamon sticks
( optional - 1 tsp. allspice)

Simmer together to blend tastes.
Store in refrigerator.
Heat to serve.
