Easter Peeps

I have always been a fan of the little marshmallow peeps that
show up in Easter baskets. They were always the first candy I ate
on Easter morning as a child and they still call out "Buy me!" when
I pass them in the grocery aisles today. Over the years I have
lived in some remote places and dear friends have mailed me peeps
at Easter so I wouldn't miss them on Easter.

When I lived in the college dorms my mother once sent me a big
box full of peeps to share with all my friends. I learned there
are many fellow peep lovers out in the world as people came
flooding to my dorm room to get a piece of candy. I am a
purest and prefer the yellow chicks, but today you can get them
in many colors and shapes.

Imagine my delight when I discovered that the internet has many
sites dedicated to peeps. Here are a few of the fun places I
have visited. Just beware - if you do a search on peeps the word peep
can lead to a few places you might not have intended to find. LOL!
These links are family friendly.
