Thank you for considering our unique and beautiful Shortie Jack Russell Terriers (JRT's). Breeding Shortie JRT's is our passion and joy! Our goal is to provide a high quality, extremely healthy, mentally stable, and well mannered pup which you can love and happily live with and at a reasonable price. Our love for this breed is unconditional and true. We wish to share this intelligent, obedient, loyal, and highly adaptable companion with you. Our dogs are very happy and run free in our Texas home.
We have carefully chosen our breeding Shortie JRT's for good health and conformation. Unlike others, we do not inbreed or line breed. And unlike others, money is not a necessity for us.
We instill human contact in our pups as soon as posssible by handling, playing, and mentally stimulating them on a daily basis, no matter how long it takes. From the moment our pups are born we strive to stimulate all their senses. We accomplish this by employing several proven methods including rubbing their toes and paws, rolling them over on their side, temporarily holding them upside down, speaking to them as we caress their coats, whistling at them and rewarding them when they approach, and placing their little paws on cool and warm surfaces to enhance their sense of touch. The U.S. government stimultates their high-performance dogs at an early age just like this. The result is a life-time companion which is highly adaptable, alert, and very intelligent. We do not have to do this, but we do so because we love them and wish to maximize the pup's behavioral and mental development. All our pups carry a life-time guarantee against life-threatening herditary conditions.
When you purchase one of our pups we consider you family. We are entrusting you with one of our precious little darlings. Therfore, we pledge to treat you with honesty and integrity before, during, and after your pup arrives at your welcoming home. In addition, we will provide weekly updated photos so you can track you pups growth.
