Justin walked through the empty house. His eyes were tired from the long days of traveling. He loved his best friends dearly but he could never get the right amount of sleep on the road. The house was cold and quiet. He didn’t have the scent of her Tommy Girl perfume dancing through out the house. He didn’t have her bright green eyes to greet him. He didn’t have an anticipating kiss ready for his lips. He was so sick of feeling alone. Too many loves in his life couldn’t handle the pressure of his life.
“Justin?” He heard a small voice and spun around.
There was always her though. She had always been there for him. She always remembered the special times. She always knew when he’d be home so she could go see him. She had always been there to run his shoulders, kiss his temple, and tell him she loved him. Her honey brown eyes were translucently concerned and her long golden blond hair was high on her head. A smile spread across her lips as she caught a good view of her best friend.
“Alexandra.” Justin ran to pull her in his embrace. He did love Alexandra it wasn’t like he didn’t want her in his life. She was just too complicated.
“How was your trip?” Alexandra asked.
“It was long. It’s good to see a smiling face to comfort me when I get home.” Justin smiled.
“Well it’s my job as a best friend. Besides I figured since the break up you’d need some attention.” Alexandra smiled.
“Yeah well, I hope you made me some dinner.” Justin laughed as he continued to take his stuff into his hands to take it in the bedroom.
“Yep. Spaghetti is sitting on the table. So get your stuff situated and away then come to the table and you and I will have dinner okay?” Alexandra said.
“Sounds good.” Justin said.

Justin kept his eyes on the picture in front of him. A smile tweaked the edges of her lips. Her long blond curls were draped over her shoulders. Her emerald green eyes were detailed in majestic earth tone colors and the longest black eye lashes. He didn’t know why he was so hurt by her when he had Alexandra down stairs. She was waiting to hear about his long journey. She was waiting to cry in his arms around whatever guy broke her heart that week. He looked down at the picture of him and Alexandra. They were at one of Justin’s very first shows. The two looked very young. Justin’s short bright blond curls were all in a mess and his head was buried into Alexandra’s chest. Alexandra‘s dark blond hair barely reached her shoulders and her head sat on top of Justin’s. He had been in love with her so much at that time.
That was before she changed. She became more promiscuous. She began to see more guys. She got into weed and tweak. She got skinner and unhealthier. She based her world on men and sex. Justin couldn’t deal with that. He shut her out. Not because he hated her but he cared about her too much to see her destroy herself. He began to pull his things out of his bed when he heard her call out to him. She’s a lot better now. She quit doing drugs and she slowed down on the sex. But Alexandra was still a player. She always had been.
“Justin Randall Timberlake, hurry your ass up!!” Alexandra yelled from the downstairs kitchen.
“I’ll be down in two minutes, no more, promise.” Justin hollered back.
“Okay.”
Justin finished cleaning himself up and made his way down stairs. Alexandra set up his table to look great. Food exceeded from the top of the table to the bottom. Two plated were sat right next to each other. Alexandra came out of the kitchen. Her small body was covered in a red dress that she must’ve changed into while Justin went up stairs. She looked breath taking.
“This looks awesome Aly,” Justin smiled, “So do you.”
“Well thank you.” Alexandra smiled.
The two sat down to the well-stocked meal. Justin discussed the craziness of the fans on this season’s tour and Alexandra quietly listened. The two discussed Justin. Alexandra still continued to listen and not mention the time she spent without Justin. That was confusing to Justin. Normally she’d give Justin a dramatized story about how her and her eleventh boyfriend of that week dumped her but she silently enjoyed his stories and presence. Although it was kind of nice to hear Alexandra not talking about negative strives in her life it was still weird and uncomfortable to Justin.
“So what did you do while I was gone?” Justin asked.
“I didn’t do anything.” Alexandra said softly.
“Nothing? No boyfriends? No break-ups?” Justin asked.
“Nope.” Alexandra said.
“Why?” Justin asked.
“Because I fell in love.” Alexandra said.
He couldn’t help but be excited for her. Yeah, Alexandra had told Justin she had been ‘in love’ before but it wasn’t real. She still cheated on the men she ‘loved’. She still had sex with other people and told them she loved them. Now she did touch anyone. He was confused though. For the longest time Alexandra had gone without a boyfriend. Who was this guy?
“Wait,” Justin jumped up, “Who?”
“Why are you so curious?” Alexandra turned to face him.
“Well I am your best friend.” Justin whined slightly.
“Justin…” Alexandra rolled her eyes.
“Why don’t you want to tell me?” Justin asked.
“Because.” Alexandra began to walk towards the kitchen.
“Do I know him?” Justin asked.
“Very well actually.” Alexandra said.
“JC?” Justin exclaimed.
“NO!!” Alexandra said with a sound of disgust in her voice.
“Who?!” Justin whined.
Alexandra turned to face Justin. Her eyes were low and her lips were pouty. He had seen that look in her face before. She moved towards his face and parted her lips slightly. She then pressed her lips into his. That kiss belonged in a box so Alexandra could show her grandchildren. It was so magical it made Justin weak in the knees. After all those years of pent up confusion for each other they finally kissed.

The two parted from their kiss. Justin could help but feel the scream of love in her heart. Nothing felt more right than pulling away from her kiss. There were so many things Alexandra and he had not shared but he knew time had come. He smiled at her softly knowing full well she could read his thoughts. His heart bellowed ‘this is right’ and she knew it. He kept her in his embrace. He didn’t saw anything to her. He knew he didn’t. He wanted that moment to last forever.
“I fell in love with you Justin.” Alexandra said.
Justin didn’t know what to say when those words escaped her lips. He knew he needed to be with her. He knew they both needed each other in their lives. They were perfectly right for each other. She was always there when he needed someone other than the guys to call. She was always there when he came home. She changed her whole life just so she wouldn’t loose him. The two both made the right sacrifices for each other. There was nothing more possibly perfect.
“I love you so much Alexandra.” Justin said.
Alexandra ran her fingers along Justin’s cool skin. The more she did that, the more he knew he loved her. His heart began to beat faster as she continued to run her hands along his neck. She felt it beating faster and faster as she pressed her hand into his skin. She smiled softly. She knew he got like that every time he got nervous and excited.

Since his break up he hadn’t been able to think about anything else but her. Now all he can think about is how he’s dying to spend the rest of his life with Alexandra. So many times he had scolded himself for wanting to fall for her and now there he was. Lost in her love.
She pressed her lips on his once again causing his knees to weaken again and his thoughts to loose track. It seemed like everything that made since when Justin wasn’t kissing her didn’t when their lips met. He was so surprised one kiss could shake his world like that.
After all these years with Alexandra in front of his face it seemed like things were finally falling into the right places. Justin ripped his lips away from hers and looked into her eyes once more. He could read her when he looked into her eyes and he read nothing but love.
“Alexandra I prayed for someone like you to come in my life.” Justin said.
“I did too.” Alexandra said.
“There’s so much of our past and I never realized how much in meant to me until now. How long have you kept this from me?” Justin asked.
“Since the day you came back for a day or two off tour and it was just you and I. Nothing was more meaningful to me than that day. I hadn’t spent so much time with you in ages. I knew then that nothing could make up for you. No other guy I dated after that even compared to you. You were perfect for me and I couldn’t have you. I figured if I stopped my foolish ways then I would have you back in my world. The way you should’ve been in my world years ago.” Alexandra said.
“Alexandra, I have been longing to hear that from you since we were at least 13 years old. I care for you so much. I was so afraid of attaching my heart to you because it’s been broken so many times.” Justin said.

Justin lied Alexandra down on the bed and kissed her face softly. He didn’t want to sleep with her. He just wanted to share something intimate with her. The two had grown so strong together emotionally they figured they wanted something physical but not drastic. Alexandra had changed the way she lived her life Justin didn’t want to destroy that so early on in the relationship.
He kissed down her chest and onto her stomach. He then moved his hands along her skin. She never felt something like Justin’s touch before. He wanted to hold her there forever and read her mind to see what she was thinking about him. He was so confident but so scared. He was afraid of Alexandra’s past but so in love with her heart.
For the longest time it just seemed like he was in love with the idea of falling in love and he was sick of it. He loved Alexandra. He always had loved Alexandra but things were different now. He knew she loved him back. It made his love life flip a bitch.
Sometimes he wondered why he honestly had to think about his relationship with Alexandra it should have never crossed his thoughts that he needed to question his relationship with Alexandra they were perfect for each other.
Justin kissed Alexandra’s forehead and looked deep into her eyes. A smiled spread across his lips.
“What do we do now?” Justin asked,
“Live happily ever after.” Alexandra said.
