Justin watched as his girlfriend moved her body to the
music. He silently laughed to himself as she flung
her short brown hair back and forth to the music.
Emily moved to the radio and finally shut the blaring
music off. She turned to face Justin. Her eyes were
bright and her smile was large.
“Did you like it?” Justin laughed, obviously knowing
the answer to his question by the look on her face.
“Baby,” Emily said as she ran and leaped onto his lap,
“I loved it!”
“Yeah Justin, it’s awesome.” Tiffany exclaimed from
the corner of the room.
“Thanks guys.” Justin smiled.
“Even though it’s Britney, it’s really good.” Emily
said climbing off Justin’s lap.
“Oh geez Emily, I still don’t see your big problem
with Britney.” Justin said pulling himself off the
large white couch he had settled himself in to
earlier.
“I hate her, she was a total bitch when I met her.
She’s just jealous because I have you now and she
doesn’t.” Emily laughed.
“Amen sistah!” Tiffany said slapping Emily a high
five.
“Tiffany, when did you start not liking Britney?”
Justin asked.
“She told Bop magazine I was a shitty choreographer
and that I was a bad friend, she didn’t say that when
she was moaning my name!” Tiffany laughed causing
Emily to burst out in an eruption of laughter.
“Well Tiff, I think you’re an awesome choreographer
and a great friend.” Emily said pulling her Dr. Pepper
off the light wooden coffee table. Tiffany was N
Sync’s choreographer and Justin’s best friend.
“Well thank you Em.” Although Tiffany and Emily didn’t
really get along in the beginning because, Emily was
always jealous of the fact that Justin and Tiffany
were best friends and she saw him more than Emily,
they grew to become really good friends.
“You two, I swear.” Justin shook his head as he ran
his fingers through his curls.
“So what’s the plan for tonight?” Emily asked.
“Nothing,” Tiffany said walking out of the kitchen,
“The guys and I have practice early in the morning.”
“Aww, I wanna go out!” Emily complained.
“You have other friends.” Tiffany said after she broke
away from the bottled water she had just demolished.
“I don’t have any friends out here yet, because I just
moved in with you guys remember?” Emily said. Emily
was from Arizona where her family was well known, and
rich. She grew up as one of those girls that got
everything they wanted. She wasn’t snobby she sure
hated not getting what she was going for. Justin
talked her into moving to Orlando and living with him.
“Oh, yeah, well go out with Ally.” Tiffany said
referring to JC’s girlfriend.
“Eh, maybe I’ll stay here and keep my boo boo
company.” Emily said kissing Justin’s neck. Tiffany
laughed to herself. Emily was only 4’11 and Justin
was 6’1, so was interesting to see them walking down
the street together, but it didn’t seem to matter to
either of them.
“Well, I’m going to my room because my bed is looking
sexy tonight, so I think I’m going to go sleep with
it.” Tiffany smiled and made her way down the hall.
“I think she’s lonely,” Emily said as she watched
Tiffany walk into her room, “And living with us isn’t
helping.”
“She’ll be okay,” Justin said pulling Emily’s waist to
move her body closer to his body, “Tiffany is a big
girl.”
“I know.” Emily said turning to face Justin.
“So, what’s the plan for this evening?” Justin asked.
“Well I was thinking a little sex, a bath together,
sex, dinner, sex, and some bedtime sex.” Emily said as
she kissed his chest.
“Well that sounds like a well thought out evening,
what’s for dinner?” Justin asked after he kissed
Emily’s forehead.
“Um, spaghetti.” Emily smiled.
“Cool.”

“JC, when are you guys leaving?” Ally asked as she
shoved JC’s clothes into his suitcase.
“We leave Thursday.” JC answered as he pushed a brush
through his curly locks.
“I’ll come and see you Monday then the week after,
I’ll come and stay with you off and on for the rest of
the tour.” Ally said pulling her brown hair up into a
ponytail.
“Alright cool, tiffany and Emily will be there, and
more than likely Nina, so you’ll have some play
buddies.” JC laughed as he pulled himself up from the
vanity chair.
“Oh yay!” Ally rolled her eyes.
“I know you gate touring but it’s only three months,
and we’ll be getting home,” JC said, “Then maybe we’ll
go on vacation.”
“Promise?” Ally said, her brown eyes bright with
excitement.
“Yeah, we’ll go to Hawaii or the Caribbean.” JC said
wrapping his arms around Ally.
“Alright then, I’ll out up with touring.” Ally sighed.
“Well, you really have no choice, but okay.” JC
laughed.
“Well, whatever, what are we doing tonight?” Ally
asked as she planted small kisses on JC’s face.
“Sounds good to me.” JC smiled.
“Cool beans.” Ally broke out of JC’s embrace.

((The next day at rehearsal))
Justin walked into the room to see Tiffany dancing.
She was one of those dancers that took up the whole
dance floor. She wasn’t a street dancer either. When
they were younger she went to the finest performing
art schools in Memphis. She was a real dancer.
Justin watched she pulled herself into multiple
pirouettes.
“Nice,” Justin said causing Tiffany to stop dancing,
“I didn’t want you to stop.”
“Oh, I was done anyway.” Tiffany smiled as she shoved
a blond curl behind her ear.
“You look like you’ve been up for a while.” Justin
said referring to the fact it was 7 am and not only
was Tiffany NOT a morning person but she looked great.
“I woke up at 5 and couldn’t go back to bed.” Tiffany
said walking to her duffle bag to grab a bottle of
water.
“Tiff, you should have been a dancer, not a teacher.”
Justin said sorting through his stuff.
“Yeah, well, you know what happened with that, that’s
the past, I fucked things up for myself,” Tiffany
pulled herself into the splits to stretch out,
“Besides, I love what I do.”
“More than dancing?” Justin sounded skeptical, he knew
how much she loved dancing, and Tiffany always got a
high from being on stage.
“Justin.” Tiffany said really wishing he would change
the subject.
“So is it going to be a grueling practice today?”
Justin asked.
“Eh, sounds like you and Emily already had grueling
practice last night.” Tiffany laughed as she pulled
her blond curls into a sloppy bun, leaving smaller
curls cascading down her neck.
“Hey man, she’s a wild one.” Justin laughed.
“Sounds like it,” Tiffany smiled as she popped in the
tape of concert mixes, “Let’s run through ‘Up Against
The Wall’ your steps are lazy.”
“Alright.” Justin said as he finished wrapping the
bandana around his head.
Tiffany watched as Justin ran through the steps
occasionally she’d stop him and show him how to do it
or correct his step, “Justin keep that arm
straight…5,6,7,8.”
“Tiff, I don’t get this step.” Justin said after
Tiffany asked him to repeat it three times.
“Let me show you,” Tiffany walked over to Justin and
wrapped his hands on her hips. She moved her hips
from side to side, “See.”
“Uh, huh.” Justin watched Tiffany’s butt move from
right to left. ‘Stop!’ he scolded himself, but he
couldn’t help it. He spun her around and dipped her.
He then pulled her back to his face. Her eyes were
nig and her features screamed shock. He moved in
closer as if her were going to kiss her.
“Let’s go!” Chris yelled as he flew into the dance
room.
