Tuesday, July 19th was the twelfth official week of the DUFFERS 2005
season. It seems strange to me that the
season is more than half over already.
It was another GREAT evening at Creekwood Country Club with warm blue
skies and as JZ said, “excellent scoring conditions”, although the Preliminary
Results don’t seem to bear that out. This week’s attendance was a bit better
with 40 of
47 members (85%) and 7
guests making their way to the tee box.
Member attendance for the year has dropped to 88%, while total
attendance, including guests and make-up rounds has risen to 94%.
FunNite #3…
is scheduled (weather permitting) for August 23rd. If you have any thoughts or ideas about menu items or FunNite games, please address
them to your FunNite/Outing Committee
members...
Pat Anderson II, Bill Pfeil Jr., Brian Pfeil, and Dale Sandvick.

The third Knock Down tournament will be held sometime in the next few
weeks. You just need to come and play,
your scorecard will be matched against the person closest to you in Total

are awarded as prizes, and you must be present!

weekends and play a round of golf with friends at one of the areas FINEST golf
courses. Because of the success of
Larry’s last Skin Game, he has scheduled another event.
Friday September 2, again at Eagle Creek Golf Course, Norwalk.
Everyone is welcome to attend. The first tee time is 9:30.
