Menu…
Dale Sandvick has negotiated a great deal for the Outing Dinner. We could not get the ‘pig roast’ because
Alexander’s requires at least 65 people to put that together. The menu now is “Ham and Clams”. We will be enjoying a wonderful meal of
fresh roast ham, a dozen clams, and all the trimmings.
SEASON
EXTENSION…
Dale Sandvick
and his Creekwood staff have offered all the leagues a free keg party if they
decide to extent their season through the month of September. Creekwood is making this offer because of
the many rainy days we have endured this year.
Our After Skins Season fits well into this offer. I hope many of us will be able to continue
to play on Tuesday evenings after our Final Outing.
Recap…
Tuesday, September 9th was the nineteenth play date and final official play
date of the DUFFERS 2003 season. This
week, we had only 30 of 40 members (74%)
and 4 guests make it to the tee box.
It seems that once again interest in the final portion on the season has
fallen off. Member attendance for
the year was 91%, while total attendance, including guests and
make-up rounds, was a VERY GOOD 96%.
