| The lotus flower is a very important symbol for buddhists. Lotus flowers emerge from in the muddy water and the slime of swamps and mud banks(corruption). Thru the water to reach the sunlight. A symbol of the developement of an individuals quest towards enlightenment. Enlightenment to benefit others, not just themselves. |
