| May 19, 01. LTW, along with Stool Pijon and Basement, played at the great Sundance Saloon, in Payette, ID. Pretty good show, we opened up, AGAIN, for a pretty good sized crowd. They weren't as responsive as they have been in the past, but great nonetheless. Free beverages all night was offered, and boy was that privilage taken advantage of. May 23, 01: LTW, along with openers Triple Helix and headliners Stool Pijon rocked out for a whopping 42 people at Bogie's. Who gives a fuck if there were only 42 people, they fucking went crazy. Sure beats playing for 100 or more who just sit on their ass and stare. It was fucking Beastie. June 23, 01: LTW played at Bogie's Backlot Stage during the Boise River Festival. I don't know what it was, the heat mainly, but our set sucked royal genitals. We played third, like at 2, and it had to be at least 95 degrees. Oh well, shit happens. July 1, 01: House party at Mr. Bravo's in Payette. Playing with the Trailer Court All-Stars, this show kicked ass. Lots of brew-ha's, and it was fucking rad. July 3, 01: LTW played at Tom Grainey's in Boise for their battle of the bands, "Pull the Plug." We only had two people who knew us go watch us, but the crowd was way responsive to our Eastern Oregon brand of Ghetto Punk. We got second, I think. Some parties and whatnot occured, but we can't remember when and where they were. Fucking drugs and alcohol. Dec 17, 01. Okay, I can remember this one. This was a sort of Home-coming show for us, being away and all. It was at the Sundance, and we got to headline, despite the fact that we weren't even advertised as playing. We played with Maggie's Wood and Stool Pijon. For some strange-ass reason, everyone was the loudest for us. Is it cuz we kick ass, or cuz everyone was piss drunk? We haven't figured it out either. Jan. 14, 02. For our first show of the new year, we also did our first show in Eugene. It was for the HONEY organization. We also got to headline this show. Maybe this is the start of a fucking trend or something. I heard that we were like one of the first punk bands to play at the Wild Duck, so that's radical too. March 6, 02. Okay, not much can be said about this show. This Show was at the Wild Duck, opening up for Miami Airlines and the Rhythm Pimps. We played this show with a sit in drummer, Tyler, do to unforeseen circumstances. It went as good as could be, with a drummer that only practiced with us for a week. Not much people there, but gave out lots of free CD's. Thats it fer now.... |
