True Love Comes From Above
True love comes from above; A love in which there is no comparison.
True love was shown to us the day Christ died on that cross.
"Just a carpenter" some actually have said; "Just a good man" others have stated.
How can one be so blind to His true love?

It takes more faith to refute His character, than to accept the reality of what He did for each and every one of us. He came in the flesh knowing He would have to die; Yes, even for those who choose to refuse Him.

He loved us enough to give us free will; His desire for all to choose to fellowship with Him, for which we were created. What greater love is there? Yet, many have chose to turn their backs on Him.

Many would prefer to blame Him for their hardships than to responsibility for the choices they've made which lead to those hardships.

Some would rather have His presence only when they "want" something. They are the selfish ones who spend no time talking to Him outside of demanding things from Him. The good Lord knows best, and only He knows if and when we can handle what we ask for. Do we ever stop to think that maybe what we where asking for at that time; could've led to something detrimental to our spirit later on? What would it hurt us to wake up and just say, "Thank You Lord for another beautiful day"? Or "Lord, I know that You will be with me today and will guide my way."

He wants us to talk with Him everyday, yet so many of us won't make the time. We find time in our "busy schedules" to watch our favorite programs, meet with friends, play video games, etc. yet where is His time? Just because He knows and sees all, does not mean that He does not crave a personal relationship with each and every one of us.

Do you perhaps wonder why your relationships do not work out, or why there is still an emptiness within a relationship? The answer is more simple than you probably imagined. It is because we haven't put Him first-the One who showed His love for every individual that day at Calvary. If one cannot truly return His love, than one is not capable of truly loving another.

If one would just take a look back over the course of their life, many things would probably come to mind. Of where you have been blessed in some way and overlooked it. Or kept safe from harm and overlooked it.

Think of the times you've gone through rough waters, choosing to doubt that God was there. He was there all along. His promise is that He will never give us more than we can handle, and He will never leave us or forsake us. He sometimes allows us to go through the trials we get ourselves into, to bring us closer to Him. To become stronger. To be a witness to others. He understands trials, as He Himself had to endure the same when He came here in the flesh.

Just like a father scolds a child; so God the Father and Creator of All, must do with us sometimes. He is a Loving, Merciful and Just Father. And if you take the time to get to know the real Him, you will see that for yourself.
