1 (2 lb) velveeta 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 2/3 cup water 1 (1.25) pkg. taco seasoning 1 (16 oz) jar picante sauce
Melt cheese in slow cooker on high. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. Place ground beef in skillet and cook over medium heat till evenly brown. Drain beef, and mix in water and taco seasoning. Stir while cooking for 2-4 minutes. Stir beef mixture into melted cheese. Mix in salsa. Cook and stir til well blended . Makes about 6 cups. |
