Key Lime Cake
1 (18.25 oz) pkg lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz) pkg instant lemon pudding
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
5 tbsp. key lime juice
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. key lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease one 9 x 13 inch cake pan or one 10 inch bundt pan.
In a lg bowl stir together; cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, eggs, and the 5 tbsp. of key lime juice, mixing well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour key lime glaze over cake while still warm.
To Make Glaze: Mix together the confectioner's sugar and 3 tbsp. of the key lime juice (more if desired), spoon glaze over warm cake.
