Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips
4 kiwis, peeled and diced                                             1/4 cup & 2 tbsp. fruit preserves (any flavor)
4 apples, peeled, cored and diced                                  20 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 lb raspberries                                                           Butter-flavored cooking spray
2 lbs. strawberries                                                       4 cups cinnamon sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

In large bowl, thoroughly mix fruits, the brown and white sugars and preserves. Cover and chill for 15 minutes or more. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat one side of each tortilla with the cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with the cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Served with chilled fruit mixture.
