2 cups sliced fresh peaches 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups peeled, cored and sliced apple 2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups peeled, cored and sliced pear 2 tsp. baking powder 1 cup blueberries 1 tsp. salt 1 cup pitted and sliced cherries 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup pitted and sliced plums 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-qt. baking dish. Arrange the fruits in the prepared baking dish. In a medium bowl, beat egg, sugar, and milk. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the egg mixture. Stir in vanilla and melted butter. Cover the fruit with the batter mixture. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Cobbler should be bubbly and lightly browned. Makes 12 servings.
