| 1. He always wears that white sweatband on his arm!! 2. Wears his sunnies while bowling (and basically every other time too!!) 3. Before he puts on his cap he always runs his fingers through his hair then puts it on. 4. He is the most honest player on the field, whenevr there is a caught behind apeal if Mark doesn't go up it is generally not out. 5. He is always pulling his pants up, or playing with the drawstring on them. 6. When Gilchrist throws the ball to him, he alway slicks his fingers and then rubs the ball a bit before giving it to the bowler. 7. When he wants to have a bowl he starts swinging his arms and clapping his hands to try and get Steve's attention! 8. Whenever he is about to bowl a ball he has his tongue kinda sticking out. 9. He appeals for a wicket the same time every time,with one hand raised and a big yell! 10. When a ball comes to him along the ground, he has to kick at it soccer style before picking it up (as long as there is no danger of a run or two!!). 11. Whenever he does an after-match interview or accepts the Man of the Match Award, he always wears a cap. 12. When he congratulates a team mate who gets a wicket, he always moves to the outside of the gathering after he has finished! 13. When he is dismissed, as he walks of the ground he always takes his gloves off. 14. That whenever he talks into a microphone, he looks really uncomfortable and kinda embarrased. 15. Whenever Mark and Steve bat together, it's usually Mark who goes out first! 16. When he fields, and as he walks from position to position, he will walk often with his hand placed around his stomach area with his head down (this occurs as he gets closer to his second fielding position). 17. When ever Mark gets a wicket Steve usually takes Mark off even when he is bowling better than all the other bowlers. 18. Mark has played approx. 110 tests with out missing one test match. 19. MArk And Steve have played over 100 test matches together. |
