The growing concern regarding Violent crime in Sydney is such that Self Defence and Personal Safety Instruction is becoming more and more popular.

Unarmed Combat

We teach the realities of modern street-fighting. Our system is not restricted by tradition or wishful thinking.

We have taken the most practical and effective techniques from many Martial Arts and Combative Instruction Programs and placed them into a highly effective system of Modern Unarmed Combat. With our highly qualified and experienced staff, including former Military Unarmed Combat instructors and Government contracted Passive Restraint specialists, our training is next to none. If you have ever thought of taking up Martial Arts or Self Defence training, why not go one step better?

Assault Prevention for Women

Following are some good common sense ideas to ponder on;

Precautionary Measures Questionaires

In The Street:

Do you generally walk assertively? Do you look confident, vigilant and unafraid when walking alone?

Is this still true when you feel ill, preoccupied or afraid?

Da you take notice of your surroundings, and are you aware of things that are going on around you?

Do you walk on the outside of the footpath, away from doorways and shrubs?

If you have to walk home at night do you try and arrange for someone to accompany you?

Do you always walk facing oncoming traffic?

Do you keep your briefcase or purse close to your body to prevent samcone from grabbing it?

Do you carry your money, key and LD. on your person rather than in a snatchable purse or handbag?

Do you wear comfortable shoes and clothes that win allow you to run when you know you will be out walking alone?

Do you stay away from unlit, quiet areas when you are walking by yourself?

Do you think through the routes you walk, and are you aware of 'safe' places along those routes?

Is taking the safest route home more important to you than taking the quickest route home?

Do you vary your usual route so as to be less predictable?

Do you constancy scan your surroundings, using window reflections etc. to spot potential assailants, and stop at every corner and look behind you?
