	In conclusion I would like to congratulate our football
team for a tremendous start in beating Hudson by a score of 14-12
in their first game.
	Also, thenks to Miss Marsh, who just about wrote this column
for me.


	COMPUTER INDIGESTION 
	-------------------- 
	I came to this school as a complete and utter stranger.
All sorts of qualms nagged at my mind as I wandered aimlessly
through these hallowed halls trying to find out where to go. And
I am sure that during the following days teachers would have loved
to have told me.
	I Was told on the first day that all our timetables were
being made up by a computer. Then I was given long explanations
as to why my timetable was not yet made.
	From all around me I heard complaints of mistakes in time-
tables. The teachers supplied such consoling remarks as "Don't
worry. It takes six days to starve." in answer to complaints from
various people who did not recieve any lunch hour.
	And the Management kept giving us the same old excuses.
	Now, I firmly believe that each computer has a wee bit of
the devil in him, and ours was certainly no exception.
	So what really happened was that out computer decided that
life was getting to be a bit of a bore. Then he decided that he
was just the right one to liven things up.
	At that moment, to the utter bewilderment of his operators,
he burped!
