GIRL S SPORTS 			DIANE NEMER

Basketball
----------

	Congratulations to the Junior Girls Basketball team for their win
in the sectional championship against Hudson Peb. 25. The score was
28-27.
	They played a two-game, total point home and home series against
Howard S. Bellings High School on Tuesday, March 4 and Thursday March 6
for the L.I.A.C. Championship.

Gymnastics
----------

	John Rennie participated in a Tri-Meet with Lindsay Place and
Mac on Thursday, Feb. 27. John Rennie won the Senior Championship and
placed second in Junior. The team will be doing a demonstration for
the Open House on March 4. The L.I.A.C. meet is on March 22.

Volleyball
----------

	The Junior and Senior Volleyball tryouts will be starting soon.
Mrs. Tibbetts will be working with the Juniors and Mrs. Soles will be
working with the Seniors.

Track & Field
-------------

	A conditionning program will be starting in the first week in
March. Mrs. Eustace is coaching. This is a benefit to all girls
interested in conditionning.
