| Joe Desperado uses Gibson and Gretsch guitars on stage these days. Throughout a given evening Joe can be found playing one of his many Gibson Les Pauls, including his newest addition a Les Paul Supreme. When it's time to swing and Rock This Town, Joe throws over his shoulder one of several Gretsch guitars. This includes a 2005 Gretsch 6120 Brian Setzer model, a 1959 Anniversary (two tone cruiser) and several others from the 50's and 60's. You can hear these guitars and others on the music page. Joe uses vintage Fender amps as well as Rivera amps on stage these days. From a 1966 Pro Reverb, a 1968 Super Reverb or one of his newer Rivera amps, you will feel and hear the warmth of the tubes glowing all night long. Joe Desperado has owned over 80 guitars of all makes and models, and usually has over 20 guitars at his disposal at any one time. Here are a few, but also check the photo page for other pictures. |
