Sights and Stories

This section of the site is for details and descriptions of (women wearing) high zip collar clothing. If you want to send me a story (sexual or not) or idea or describe a type of zip collar you have seen somebody wear please do.

Mtv ad - Has anyone seen an advertisement on Mtv showing an attractive woman wearing a huge zip up collar? I saw half this ad before. A friend of mine was switching the channels so I could not see it properly. The ad started off showing the woman from a distance, she was wearing a very long black coat. It zoomed in on her  face, the collars of the coat seemed Dracula-like (standing up at the back of her head), I then noticed a zip running right along the collar. The camera focused in on the zip. At this stage my friend switched channels (D-oh!). He happened to switch back to Mtv at the end of the ad - It then showed her fully zipped up over her nose - panicking. It was a fairly artistic/abstract ad. I set the vcr to record over 4 hours that night and on other nights after that, hoping to catch the ad on tape but I never did.

Jr Boost.

Something like this only a lot better!

Question. Are zip collars on clothes more popular with women than men?

I think they are. Where I'm from they are anyway. For every man I see wearing a high zip collar I see about 4 women wearing them. I think women like the cosiness of the zip neck.
A couple of years ago Fruit of the loom were selling high zip collar sweatshirts. They were like any quality sweat but had the addition of a delicously high collar. The collar was finely ribbed like the cuffs of a sweatshirt but thicker and softer. There was no stitching along the zip which made it look and feel nice.  The zip itself was good. It was metal, not too rigid and had a nice little lever. The zip followed the contours of the collar sometimes in slight bumps, which looked nice. The collar looked good at any time whether zipped up, folded over or left opened. It felt beautiful when zipped up over the nose. Not too tight yet firm enough around your face to give you that nice zipped up feeling.
They were available in a few nice colours each one even nicer then the next. These were mostly popular among women and teenage girls even though they were a unisex sweater. On any day when in the city I would see at least 5 or 6 women wearing these. Sadly I no longer see them and any I do see are well worn out at this stage. If only FOTL would relaunch these bueatiful sweatshirts into the shops.
Womens coats sometimes come with very large collars. These collars would never be on a mens item of clothing. I have seen lots of women wearing different coats with these collars. Usually they are a knit collar attatched to a nylon parka/coat. I have never seen them zipped up fully. They are almost too high for that (on the street anyway).
I wonder what a woman thinks of when she buys such an item. Is she saying "this will be nice and warm for the winter... a nice high zip up collar". Maybe they have a mild form of the fetish. When they buy the coat and they're home alone would they try zipping it up fully to see what it feels and looks like? After all they probably bought the coat because of the collar, they're hardly not going to zip it up. Because I have this fetish I can't imagine buying an item of clothing with a high collar without having the fetish in mind.

If anyone has any queries on any of these subjects drop me a line.

Just a thought
Boys oh boys, this site is really comin' on if I do say so myself. Sometimes I'll visit it to see how it looks and I must say when I visited lately I was well Impressed with my work so far.
After all This site is only just over a month old.
If I found a site like this when I first started looking for sites on this subject I would have been thrilled. I never thought of setting up a site until very recently, but now I'm glad I have.

Benetton
Has anyone got any pictures of a certain ladies benetton zip collar cardigan. If s,o please let me know. I have seen girls wearing these. The collar is very large (8" or so) and it hangs down the back like the collar of a sailors sweater. The garment itself is rather flimsey but the collar is of the thick - rib knit variety which we all favour. Don't ask me how I know so much about this top. Lets just say I had a rather nice time with a girl who happened to be wearing one. I might add this story soon...

Rob-
The sooner you get that scanner the better. I'm looking forward  to seeing you're collection of pictures.
Ps. Why don't you set up a different identity for you're  e - mail?
That may help you keep the privacy.
