Declaring the Champion:

The Champion will be the team that scores the most accumulated points from their starting roster throughout the season.  A head to head schedule will also be used to obtain a win-loss record.  If there are an odd number of teams, those with a bye will be matched against the league average of starting rosters.  These matchups will be kept by the Commisioner.
Supplemental Draft:

There will be one Supplemental Draft the Tuesday following Week #3.  There will be no trades or drop and adds until the Supplemental Draft has been conducted.  The team with the lowest total points (starting roster only) will pick first.  There will be two rounds of drafting.
Drop and Adds:

Will be first come first serve with a maximum of 15 (including supplemental picks) throughout the season.  You may not drop or add a player after the draft has taken place until after the Supplemental Draft has been conducted.   You may drop or add players up until the final week of the season.
Trades:

Trades can be made at anytime after the season ends and one week prior to the draft up to the deadline date listed on the Yahoo site.  Once a trade has been accepted, the League Commissioner can notify league owners and have a vote if the Commissioner feels the trade is unfair.
Trades are official on the third day after a trade has been accepted.  Any trade will be rejected if a majority of coaches vote to disallow the trade.  A non-vote is considered acceptance of the trade.  Trades may also include future draft picks and "keeper" players.
Trades involving "Keeper" and "Franchise" players and future draft picks may be made beginning two weeks prior to the draft date for the following season.  These trades will be considered final when the commisioner is notified and will not be subjected to a league vote, but will be considered null and void if one of the trading parties does not compete in the upcoming draft.
Keeping Players:

A maximum of  6 players may be kept for the following season.  This includes 5 "keepers"  and 1  "franchise player."  "Keepers"  and "franchise players" can be from any postion, including defenses.
"Keepers" must meet the following criteria:
        1)   Cannot finish in the top 3 of scoring at their position from the previous season
        2)   Must be on your roster at the end of the season
        3)   Cannot keep more than three players per position (i.e.  three RB's)
The "franchise player" must meet the following criteria:
        1)  Must be on your roster at the end of the season
        2)  May be in the top three in scoring at their respective position

*Note:  A team may acquire and maintain more than one franchise player throughout the season but may only keep one franchise player for the following year.
Deadline to Declare Keepers and Franchise Player:

All coaches should designate their keeper and franchise players within one week of the following season's draft.  Should a coach fail to meet this deadline, the following criteria will be used as a default:
        1)  Franchise Player:  Player that scored the most points subject to Franchise Player criteria
        2)  Keepers:  Five next highest scoring players, regardless of position, subject to Keeper Player criteria
        3)  In the case of a tie, the highest drafted player or the first player added to his respective roster will be kept

Draft Order:

Draft order will be determined by finishing position from the previous year with the lowest finishing team picking first.  Each subsequent round in the draft will begin with the last place team from the previous year.  Thus, no one will get back-to-back picks.  New teams will assume the draft position of the team they inherit.  If there is more than one new team they will draw cards to determine who gets first choice.
Scenarios for Losing and Adding Teams From Season to Season:

1)  Lose a team and no new teams are added:  All players from that roster become free agents and any trades made two weeks prior to the season with that team are null and void.
2) New team is added and no team lost:  Existing teams must make two "keeper" players available to the new team who can choose up to six, with one being designated as a franchise player.  The new team may not chose more than two players from an existing team.  The existing teams that lose players may chose players from their previous year's roster  or wait for the draft.
3)  New team added and team(s) lost:  The new team or teams will have the option of adopting an existing team that was lost or picking from two players made available by existing teams.  If a lost team is not adopted, its "keeper"  players will also be made available for drafting by the new team(s).  New teams must pick two players from the team they inherit.  They will also inherit that team's draft choice based on the order of finish from the previous season.  If more than one new team enters the league, a card draw will determine who gets first choice.  Existing teams may only lose a maximum of two players.

*All pertinent information regarding "keeper" rosters and "franchise player" designations, as well as off-season trades and draft orders will be kept on this website.  It will be the duty of the League Commisioner to accumulate and record all information.
