504. Peter Graybeal Sr.. Were Quakers of German or Dutch descent. Settled first in PA. Graybill Meeting House deed granted by William Penn to Christian Graybill and wife Mary in 1748. Family group moved south and split at Roanoke, VA. He was married to Christina Wampler.

v. David Graybeal was born in 1791 in Rural Retreat, Wythe Co., Virginia. ⁽²⁶⁵⁾ He died on 19 Apr 1874. He was buried on 19 Apr 1874 in Piney Creek, Alleghany Co., North Carolina. David is buried in the Joseph Graybeal Cemetery.
