98. David L. Soper was born on 21 Aug 1792 in Manchester, Bennington Co., Vermont. David came to Waddington, St. Lawrence Co., New York, in 1803 by oxcart with his mother and stepfather. They bought 120 acres in what is now Waddington Township. The name of the stepfather is unknown. They came from Essex, New York. Information from email received from Grace Terryberry dated 2 February 1999. Copy in file. He died on 8 Feb 1885 in Madrid, St. Lawrence Co., New York. He was married to Mary Strader.

99. Mary Strader was born on 28 Jul 1795 in Brockville, Dundas Co., Ontario, Canada. She died on 5 Nov 1875 in Madrid, St. Lawrence Co., New York. Children were:
