| This bass is my pride and joy. It is a Series I bass made in 1974. I have always wanted an Alembic since the first day I saw one back in 1983. These are completely custom basses. Even if you get one of their original body shapes, you still choose what woods are used in its construction. The craftsmanship, quality, and customer service are the best around. Nothing comes close to owning an Alembic. I did all the inlay work on this bass myself. I got this bass used, and it was a bit plain, which is why I decided to add inlays. The only drawback to Alembic, is that they can be expensive, but when you consider everything that goes into manufacturing one of these, the price is well worth it. |
