| I decided to find my father's bug. I knew he had one, but I had to find it. After a big clean out of the "magic" closet, I had it. Operationally speaking it is in great condition. It is very dusty and diry with 50 years of smoke. I added the rca plug to test it and I wiped the name plate off to get the s/n. I have purchased a new thumb paddle and have disassembled it. I am going to figure how to replace an insulating washer or two, and polish it up. |

| The almost finished product. I've got a new dash paddle on the way. I also plan to replace the hardware with stainless. I replaced most of the bushings with teflon. I saved all of the old stuff. It works great. I had to be careful cleaning it. Since I still wanted to use it, I had to be carefull not to break some peices. |
