Oh, look there, see the setting Sun?
Was it not here we two met, and did run
that day at SunSet?

Walking at Seas edge with feet wet.
Oh, how I do remember,
It was mid December,
We most diffidently met
and watched a glorious Sunset.

There was a glow,
Or was it a halo?
Around your head, it could be said,
That you could lift,
And hold the Universe in your hand,
Touch the Stars,
and count the sand.

With your back to the colorful sea,
A passing glance, You looked at me.
It was then to know,
That I loved You so,
Yes, Truly, it Was, A Halo!

I remember your "Angelic" smile,
And all the while,
As you stood there,
With the wind in your hair,
My thoughts, a "Greek Goddess", and yet,
She can command the Mighty Sun to set.
With all the beauty, this great World could boast,
You put to shame the bewildered host.

You called out my name,
That lit within me an "Eternal Flame",
I became a humble Slave to your Love,
From out of my Soul
came forth like Purity of a Dove,
Or was it my Heart, suddenly took flight,
there in the Romantic Mystic, of the Twilight?

As our lips met,
There, at Sunset,
Forgive me, if out loud I should let,
All the world know, my "Pet",
That our Love can stand, both time and test,
Of all the trials, troubles, more or less,
O, come to me, my Love beneath our old, carved Oak tree,
relaxing, lay here with me,

As ever so slowly, slipping beneath the Sea,
Together, in such Bliss,
We watch the sinking Sun,
With all the brilliant illumination of a Kiss,
As our love blossons in full-ness, now just begun.
