I often wonder why,
If he would just leave his light on,
As he goes flying by.
It certainly would seem better,
and safer for him too,
If he would just leave his light on,
For the whole night through.
Now, why does he blink his light,
Like the turn signals on a car?
Could it be, so other "Bugs" can see him
coming,
From way off afar?
Well now, it sure seems funny to me,
but whatever his REASON---
I can't help but wonder,
Does that little fellow charge
his batteries in winter,
For the coming Summer season?
