Heaven and Sea

Knowing that I be Heaven,
and you be Sea,
Then comes Evening-Tide,

When you rush to me.
For standing at the ocean's shore,
looking as far as
the eye can see,

It is to Heaven's breast
does the sea seem to flee.
I'll welcome you
with open arms,
most tenderly-gently,

As darkness over takes the light,
All through the night,
We will sing loves
precious songs in flight,

Then, releasing you,
to morning's wind,
once again,
At day's early light,
When sun shines it's
most brilliant bright.

Through out eternity,
it will always be true,
Come nightfall,
I'll be here waiting for YOU!
