| Work with me here. You walk into your classroom. You look around. What do you see? You see girls. Not some girls, not alot of girls, all girls Now, I remind you, this is not fiction, nor is it for the weak of heart. These is all true. This hell-hole is called Louisville High School. Let me give you some backround here. Exactly three people in the frosh class here, came from public school. I was one of them. I came form A.E.Wright middle school. Of the two others, one also came from AEW and the other from Oak Park Middle School. Now back to my story. Obviously an all girls school is bad enough, but this is also a Catholic school. Before I go further please don't get me wrong, I think religon is wonderful! For some people. But, religon is not something important to me. I am agnostic. Just because I want (or my mom wants) me to get a good education, I have to pray, and take religon classes. This SHOULD NOT be a requirment for a good skool. They say that Louisville is "the finest education possible." Maybe you might get into a better college, but so many of the girls here are sooo over-protected! Now, I did not say all, but a whole lot. That is one thing public school really prepares you for, REAL LIFE! This girls go out into the world with mommy and daddy handing her money. Well, what happens when mommy and daddy are gone? Well I geuss they've bought their child enough plastic surgery, that they've married rich. What I know from being in a public school about the real world, and about people, is more then any of these girls will get for a very long time. Ironically, I'm in my computer class right now, watching a girl ask to leave to see if her mommy can bring her lunch. What the hell is happening? I don't even like to think about it. I'm going to stop there, I may continue later, but I think I'm giving you an idea about what I think of Louisville. |
