-Post up dates of JOOI clubs' events so the whole district will be aware of other clubs' activities
-Inform all PSWD-JOOI members of what the PSWD-JOOI Board of Directors are doing
-Inform all PSWD-JOOI members of any JOOI activities that they may have not heard about
-Keep the whole district in touch and together even in today's lack of personal communication era
-Four times a year the newsletter will be e-mailed to all those wishing to receive it (mandatory for PSWD-JOOI club advisors and officers)
-If the club has no internet access, then of course it will be mailed to them
-Anyone who wants to receive the newsletter must send in their e-mail address to [email protected] with subject line "Newsletter"
-As soon as we receive all advisors' e-mail addresses then we will begin distribution
-In the interest of the environment, e-mails waste a lot less paper. If advisors wish to distribute the newsletter or post it up for their members (and they should), then they will know how many copies to make instead of us (the Board) wasting trees over envelopes, postage, etc.
-In the interest of our budget (it's not that big).
-And last of all, in the interest of time. The world seems to move faster these days, and we don't want to be caught behind! We want all members to receive information as fast as possible (we have bad experience with procrastination already)
