The Safari Lodge was built to survice as a hotel for the park visitors but ended up becoming an emergency building to get away from the raptors. But not even that huge fence around it could contain safty because the raptors found a way over eventually killing Maria and severly injuring Dr. Harding in my Special Edition script.
