Trade Rules
For now, it is trade only except for friends. If you would like to propose a trade, email me at tokio.girl AT gmail.com. Put "Trade Proposal" as the subject line.
1. Have your complete list ready for me to look over before you propose the trade. And I mean complete list. None of this "I've got lots of (insert artist's name here) videos I think you might like!"
2. I'm not strict about equal trades (so if you want a file a little bigger from me than the one I want from you or vice versa...that's okay) but, within reason, I expect any file I get from you to be good quality and free of glitches (i.e. pixelations, weird green squares floating across the screen, un-synched audio/video, etc.) Obviously, there is more leeway given regarding the quality of lives.
3. Do not request things that haven't been uploaded yet (see "Useful Information" section) or things that are not on my list.
4. All trades must be dealt with online. Meaning I won't burn CDs and mail them to you. If you don't have means of hosting the files for me to download them, then check out this site. I've used it before and it's quite nice. I'm not sure about limits on file sizes though.
5. If you propose the trade, you send your files first. This is not open for discussion.
6. Email me ONCE with your trade proposal. The proposal should include the list of what you want, list of what you have (or link to your list), and method you would like to use to get the files to me. Be specific about what you want! I highly suggest copying and pasting from the lists.
7. If you neglect to follow the rules in any
way, I'll ignore your request.
