Is the torn net a gill net?
Now (the fishermen are) at the seaside tattered shirts blowing in the wind
Bracing the wave is a Kasato Maru
I'm in tears looking at the sky with my blurred version
At the beach at dawn is a buring bonfire
The sea is silver the colour of herrings
With Soran Bushi brushing my face
I retract the net with big catch
Since then where have the herrings gone to?
Even the paradise of herrings at Otamoi Cape
Now disolated and tattered shirts blowing in the wind
