Home at Winfield 21...

Renting the motorhome didn't turn out quite the way we'd planned. The first bridge we crossed on the way out of town was booby-trapped, and a "road hazard" demolished one of the rear wheels. The A/C and shower was nice to have, but we've subsequently decided that all we really needed was a larger tent...
Before the real festival, people who could play (or at least carry) a stringed instrument tried to set a Guinness record. I don't think we did, but everybody was having fun anyway.
How fitting that the "Pot o' Gold" had been awarded to the Irish Tent for best campground of '91.
This is why we really come. Forget all those featured acts, the stages close before things get really good.
For those of us who can't play anything that doesn't have a button marked PLAY, just keeping track of who's playing where is hard work...
Our neighbors found a solution to the water management situation in the west campground that was to lead in later years to more fun than anyone expected.
John McCutcheon
and Linda Tilton are always a big hit on Stage 3.
