OUR FLAG
I am the flag of the United States, called Old Glory
I fly above buildings of state ,government,in some yard
and in parades , in all parts of this nation I "Old Glory"
stand for peace , honor , truth , justice and freedom for
just proud to represent the land of the free. I, Old Glory
bow to no power on earth that tries to take freedom from the
people I , Old Glory , represents . I,Old Glory,is known
all over the world by the colors and what I,Old Glory,
Over the generations I went to battle with those who represent
the same values that I , Old Glory , represent . Many have laid
down their lives for those values . I , Old Glory , have led the
worn , tired and dirty heroes of this Great Nation and was proud
to fly among them and say "they are part of me , Old Glory" .
My finest hours was when in battle , I , Old Glory , was torn in
strips and used as bandages for the wounded on the battlefield .
Also the thousands of times I , Old Glory , have flown at
half-mast , covered a casket of the fallen or was placed in the
arms of loved ones . Oh, how proud I was to be called Old Glory
at those times for a nation and a people I represented .
I, Old Glory , have seen the horrors of war that most will never see .
We have those we have adopted and some natives , that have burned
me , Old Glory . That is their right , that is why I , Old Glory
went with our heroes to battle that they would have that right .
I can say proudly "I am still Old Glory to all"I , Old Glory ,
do not seek this nation to worship me . God the Loving and
Living Creator is the King of this Nation . I , Old Glory , bows
to that King and respects Him as well as the nation has been
called to do . I am proud to be called , Old Glory, long may I
wave . I wave over a country that bows to a Loving and Living God
our Creator . He seeks freedom for all people spiritually , as
well as freedom and peace to all who worship Him .As I , Old Glory
As I , Old Glory , wave over this Nation , the wave is for
freedom for all people . I , Old Glory , wave to our God
saying "Father , we as a Nation knows the difference in
freedom and bondage . We bow to You and give You Honor" .
May the respect , I Old Glory has for all people , be the respect
that brings a Nation so divided together , for love of country and
Love for our Living and Loving God . Father , grant this request of
Old Glory and all that Love God Our Creator .
