Just recently bought my first tractor, an WD45,and now I know how tractors can get under skin. Spent many months looking and decided on the WD45. I am looking forward to fixing it up and maybe a new paint job this next summer. Keep up the great work on y ur site, for all us Orange blooded tractor owners.

Comments:
Have a small hobby farm; starting to "collect" newer AC tractors. MY '78 175 is CHERRY, with 1100 act. hours. The 7060 is in great shape, and the 185 is pretty good also. All are used regularly (small acreage, not much use). Also have an AC baler, mount d mower, and field cultivator (27'). Live by Waconia, MN.

Comments:
Hi Jim, Just saw your website on the unofficial Allis Chalmers website, in the questions and answers part of the site. I just recently bought a 1970 Gleaner Combine to cut wheat with out in Kansas. I'm not a farmer but grew up with Aunts, Uncles adn cousins on fa ms and have always been interested in farming. Turned 40 this year and thought that I should buy a machine and have some fun! I live in Denver and my Dad was raised around Hays, Kansas, where I'll be cutting wheat. Thanks for your efforts on this website. I think all the old farm equipment is cool! Take care, Joe Stroemel
