This was a picture taken of me when I was painting a MURAL in my backyard......yes...those are two wild birds sitting on my arm as I painted.

My son had found 2 baby birds that had fallen out of their nest. He convinced his mom to take them home and try to save them.

Well.....she did! Researched how to raise baby birds.....what they ate....how to handle them....and the 2 birds grew to be normal birds!

Well....almost normal...we had kept them in a cage in the house for quite sometime..(what a mess!)...when we let them go out in the backyard...they didn't seem to want to leave!

The kids had a blast having wild birds land on their heads!
Grandma wasn't to thrilled to have the birds land on the plate of food she was about to eat......hehe.....

I have to admit....I thought it was kinda cool myself!
