| OUR MISSION: The Two Rivers Child Advocacy Center provides a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach to child sexual abuse and serious physical abuse investigations which recognize the special needs of child victims while demanding accountability for the crime of child abuse. The Center serves Alexander, Johnson, Massac, Pulaski, and Union Counties in Illinois. Children victimized by abuse deserve a community response that recognizes their special needs. Only through such sensitivity can children begin to deal with their abuse and ultimately heal from their emotional wounds.
