I usually go up I-84 to I-691 and across to I-91, then follow the directions below.
From Hartford take I-91 South to exit 8. Take a left at the light, which will put you on Route 80 east. Follow Route 80 for about 5 miles. Directly before the Getty gas station on your left hand side, across from Walt's Auto, turn left into the Connecticut Sportsplex driveway. (I believe Route 80 is also Foxon Road.)
