< >First of all I would like to say thank Gypsy for creating this page for me. I live in a different time zone to Gypsy in California, I'm 8 hours ahead in England, and it was nice of her to offer to create this area for me!

< >To put news articles or anything of interest which are mainly about J. K. Rowling or Harry Potter that I find in English newspapers or magazines. Sometimes news comes thick and fast, or it may have it's quiet periods without much news, so you'll have to bear with me - and the press.

< >Now, the eyes you see on this page (above) are those of my mystical cat who sometimes helps me to seek out any interesting news. I call her Sirron, she's the complete opposite to the cat Mrs. Norris, who Harry met on his first day at Hogwarts School. So I spelt the name Norris backwards, which then becomes Sirron. Problem is when Sirron finds a piece of news that is interesting, she says to me "big news I've found, big fish you must give first!". So I sometimes say to her, "one day I will give you a very big fish, a shark that will eat small greedy cat! - only joking!

< >Being a Muggle, I can only see her eyes, those with magical powers can see her face and body! Sirron was a stray cat I found one day at King's Cross station, in London (mentioned in the very first book), and claims she once saw the author J. K. Rowling arrive at the station by train from Edinburgh in Scotland with a bundle of papers to show a publishing company called Bloomsbury, who finally excepted the first story she wrote. Sirron says that not long after that she saw a small boy looking for platform 9 & three quarters on his way to Hogwarts School. Should I believe anything a cat tells me! I've been to King's Cross myself, and I could only find platforms 9 & 10! Anyway, lets see what news I can find in future . . .
