These designs are all linkware and do require a link back to
http://www.geocities.com/jpddesigns. You will find a JPD Designs button
for each linkware set and it must be used in accordance with the set, unless
you purchase the set. Then there is no link or logo needed, the
set will be yours. If you would like to purchase a set please email me at
[email protected] and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Copyrighting is an important issue. All the graphics and tubes
used in my designs have been gifts or they have been taken from free sites
where no links were required. If you do see something that has a copyright
or is being used illegaly please email me and I will either give credit
or remove the design.

These designs are not allowed to be used on sites that contain
pornography or sites that discriminate based on race, gender, religion,
or people with disabilities or handicaps. My designs are also not
to be used on sites containing violence of any kind including towards
children and animals.If you choose to use one of my designs an
email back would be greatly appreciated.

My Web Sets are just that ~~ Sets. You may not mix or match sets
or use parts of my sets with other ones. You may not add to the sets either
except for the blank buttons which are provided in some sets. None of
the designs are to be altered in any way, shape, or form. If you need
a set personalized or something added to it please email me and I will be
happy to personalize the set for you. Again, this is only if using as linkware.
If you purchase a set you can do with it as you please.

If you are interested in our web services, we offer a variety of
them. We will build websites and we can also build you a site and maintain
it for a small monthly fee. Fees vary depending upon the size of the
site you want or need maintained. We also make personalized pages and sites
for such occasions as birthdays, anniversaries, births, memorials, or whatever
your needs may be. If you request these services please email me and
we can discuss your needs and decide on a course of action. JPD Designs would
love to work for you!
