You may contact us at either through our website or Email or Phone to discuss, in complete confidence, the medical ,dental and other procedures and We will then provide you with comprehensive information about the treatment, the hospitals and the physicians performing it together. After completion of a brief medical history form we could provide you with a fixed price for all procedure.
2.Activation
Before making your decision to travel you may wish to learn more about the procedure / surgery or indeed have any particular questions or concerns. We will be happy to forward them to our Surgeons and Medical specialist to answer and reply to you, usually within 24 hours. Also, you are most welcome to speak directly with our Surgeons (either by phone or email) we will facilitate all this for you by giving you all their contact details. Furthermore, we are happy to arrange for you to speak with our number of patients who have undergone treatment at our participating hospitals. On receipt of your written consent, we will liaise directly with your GP / Hospital Consultant to obtain and forward your medical records to our Medical Specialist by courier.
3.Confirmation
Once you are happy with all the consultations, we will inform you of your hospital admissions date. -, Payments or fees for your surgery to be paid only to our hospital in the Philippines on admission. Payments can be made in cash ( Sterling or US Dollars or Local currencies), by bank transfer or any debit / credit card.
We provide a complete travel service and are happy to arrange / assist with your passports, visas, flights and hotels. (Only on request)
Once we receive your information you will be assigned a Program Manager (PM). Your PM will be available to assist you over the phone, fax, Instant Message, or, via email, which ever you prefer. They will answer all your questions about our services and assist you in preparing your medical retreat. At this time you will receive a privacy number to protect your anonymity in any future correspondence.
5. Review your medical procedure requirements
Once your PM knows the medical procedure that you are seeking, they will begin the process of designing the available treatment options for your specific procedure. You will then receive detailed information about the hospitals and doctors.
6. Medical Questionnaire submission
You will complete a 3 page medical questionnaire to best inform your surgeon of your medical history. This will advise your physician of any potential risks or conditions that may be necessary to know in conjunction with your procedures(s).
7. Receive a price quotation for the procedure(s) and accommodations
During this process, you will receive a price quotation for the procedure(s) and accommodations. Also, you'll be provided with a host of information about the procedure(s), hospital, doctors, etc.
8. Review the price quotation, financing options and discuss potential dates to travel
At this point, we will discuss your procedure(s) and accommodations. Also, we�ll talk about any financing issues or special accommodations necessary to your specific situation. If the pricing is acceptable to you, we can then move on to the other aspects of the medical retreat.
9. Facilitate questions you may have for your chosen surgeon
In this segment of the process, you will be allowed to pose questions or concerns you have for your chosen surgeon. We will coordinate the communication process via email in this stage. You may have an opportunity to speak directly with your surgeon further along in the process, should you so choose, These calls are generally made in the late evening or early morning hours because of the time difference.
10. Receive a price quotation for air travel, travel insurance and any special services you may require
You will be directed to speak with our specialists to develop a travel itinerary that best suits your needs. Also, you may want to consider travel insurance for added protection.
11. Passport/Visa acquisition
If you do not possess a Passport or Visa , your PM will assist you in acquiring these documents.
