1. No abusing. Every kind of abuse will be treated equally.
2. No advertising.
3. No inviting.
4. No private - channel messages asking for cyber sex. /part offending channels while staying on #Japan.
5. No dcc accepts - sends from and to users you don't know.
6. No flood. Any kind of flood.
7. No repeating. One time is enough.
8. No comic chat. Ask instructions from an operator on how to switch to text mode.
9. English or/and japanese in the main channel window.
