The most useless part of a pencil is its tail end, nearest to the eraser. Why? Because when the tip of the pencil reaches that part, the owner is now necessitated to throw it away.

What's the use of making it? Its use is to make the pencil whole.

In a community, there are always persons who are likened to the tail end of the pencil. They seem to be irrelevant. But actually, their role is as important as the role of anyone in the community. Its role is precisely this: to make the community whole. Without them, the community becomes disintegrated and cannot attain wholeness.

Well, that is a real role! Not anyone can do it (mind you).
